I don’t think my content uploaded properly. How can I tell?

If your content doesn't appear in your online repository (http://putplace.com/signin), then an error has occurred.

Add content to your PutPlaces by opening your PutPlace client (click on the green PutPlace icon at the bottom right corner of the screen) and click Add. Browse to the file or folder in question and upload again. If you have a persistent problem, please contact us at support@putplace.com and we will be happy to help.

How can I tell if the upload process has stopped or is hanging?

If you think PutPlace is spinning its wheels, open the Client window (click on the green PutPlace icon on the bottom right corner of the screen) and check for activity. You should see file names flicking through and the green upload bar moving along quickly.

Alternately, you can click the History option in the Client window to see which files have been recently uploaded. It’s possible that a large file is being processed and taking longer than you expect.
