Start by installing the PutPlace Desktop Software. This is a piece of software that helps your computer talk to PutPlace. When you have the software installed, you will see a PutPlace icon at the bottom right hand side of your screen. Right click this icon to open PutPlace - this is where you select the content you want PutPlace to backup. Here, you can add or remove files and folders, etc. PutPlace will automatically upload and continuously backup that data. For full installation instructions, click here.
Try this next time you are online. Open the PutPlace window on your screen. Open a file that you have already backed up to PutPlace and change it in some way. Save it. Watch-you will see the file immediately and automatically backing up to your online PutPlace repository. Strangely satisfying, isn't it?
